Trooper Frederick F. Guthrie Jr. Missouri State Highway Patrol Date of Death: August 1, 2011 Length of Service: 17 years, 7 months
Corporal John “Johnny” Ray Kendall Louisiana Department of Public Safety Date of Death: August 9, 2011 Length of Service: 22 years (with agency)
Public Safety Officer Trevor P. Slot Walker, Michigan, Police Department Date of Death: October 13, 2011 Length of Service: 16 years
Patrolman Joseph Wargo Mount Arlington, New Jersey, Police Department Date of Death: October 16, 2011 Length of Service: 10 years
