This regular, timely review has proven far more effective than less frequent quarterly or annual assessments, enabling proactive rather than reactive decision-making. By leveraging mapping tools, we can swiftly reallocate resources and prioritize enforcement efforts where they are needed most. Concurrently, we have cultivated a department-wide culture of community policing. Officers are actively engaged in building trust, forging partnerships, and collaborating with residents to identify and address root causes of crime in targeted areas.
