I believe that effective leadership reaches far beyond formal education, experience, and influence. I can attribute much of my success over the years back to maintaining a constant drive to learn more about best practices and new trends, as well as professional networking and thinking outside the box when establishing my vision. The IACP has proven to be a leader in all of these areas.
