ICON combines concealed, patrol, plate-rack, and tactical entry capabilities into a single, highly configurable system. It can be worn streamlined for daily operations, configured for concealed or Class A wear, or scaled with rifle plates and additional ballistic protection for tactical entry. Key features include a removable internal ballistic yoke, adjustable shoulder system, and gap protection at the cummerbund. It is compatible with PROJECT 7’s ballistic accessories.
Security Fencing
TrafFix Device’s Water-Wall Fence addition to TrafFix Water-Wall longitudinal channelizing devices creates a secure perimeter around controlled areas. Constructed with 11-gauge galvanized steel mesh connected to vertical steel posts (1 ⅝ inches diameter), the fence provides security and visibility. The Water-Wall system can adapt to changing layouts. Fence sections can rotate up to 30° with the Water-Wall system for easier placement around sites, and available gate options provide controlled access. The upper end of each T-Pin provides an additional hole to securely bolt the fence to the Water-Wall, preventing unwanted entries. Water-Wall fill caps are easily accessible even with the fence installed.
Police SUV
Ford Pro introduces the 2028 Ford Expedition Police Responder, a full-size, pursuit-rated utility vehicle featuring purpose-built police content that is built for pursuit and designed for duty. The Expedition Police Responder comes with 4×4 and a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 producing 400 horsepower and 480 lb.-ft. of torque. Standard equipment includes a 10-speed automatic transmission, a 3.73 final-drive ratio with an electronic-locking rear differential, heavy-duty braking, a column-mounted shifter, and 18-inch all-black steel wheels. The interior has heavy-duty cloth front seats with reduced side bolsters and rear anti-stab plates. The two-row, five-seat vehicle also includes a 360-degree camera and a power split lift gate.
Video Analytics Detector
IREX unveiled StreamVLM, a vision-language model (VLM) detection engine that turns a plain-language description into a working video analytics detector. An operator describes a condition in ordinary English, and the platform begins watching for it on the selected cameras. Each prompt is independent, with its own confidence threshold, alert cooldown, and event type. Selected frames from live camera feeds are evaluated continuously against the prompts by a VLM that understands images and language together, generating real-time alerts within seconds. Alerts arrive with a camera snapshot, a bounding box on the object of interest, time stamp, camera location, confidence score, and any extracted metadata.
